Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum/Web3 initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or equivalent project management
