Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech fusion) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and pilot implementations of next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on innovation strategies
- Drive thought leadership through white papers and industry conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Experience securing multi-million dollar R&D grants
