Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market disruptors and regulatory shifts

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats and opportunities in AI ethics, climate tech, and digital sovereignty
- Partner with C-suite to translate technical visions into board-level strategic narratives

- Drive ecosystem partnerships with academic labs, startups, and policy think tanks
- Mentor emerging talent in futures-thinking methodologies and technology forecasting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with demonstrable impact on enterprise roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from prototype to market deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or similar high-impact journals
