Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps spanning 2024-2026, aligning with company vision and market trends
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech integration) with strategic potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption impact and ROI
- Build and maintain partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms
- Author thought leadership content on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech evaluation
- Proven track record of launching at least two enterprise-scale innovation initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or technology innovation management
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in trend forecasting tools
- Experience scaling teams in fast-paced tech environments
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major tech conferences
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
