Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership

- Deep understanding of blockchain 3.0 and Web3 infrastructure
- Proven track record of scaling innovative technologies
- Security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
