- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI of future-facing projects

- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex scenarios and risks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience scaling technology teams and managing R&D budgets $5M+
- Certifications in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
