Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation frameworks
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500/SaaS experience
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating strategy to execution
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
