Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions (e.g., brain-computer interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum supremacy, AGI, neurotech) and commercialization opportunities
- Secure $5M+ in venture funding for experimental projects through investor presentations
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on DARPA-funded research initiatives
- Author white papers published in Nature and IEEE journals
- Build strategic partnerships with NASA, CERN, and top AI research labs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Biotechnology with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, Cell) or equivalent industry impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, AGI safety, or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of scaling technology from lab to market (IPO or acquisition)
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Security clearance or ability to obtain DOE/NASA clearances
