Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Analyze and report on emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) and market disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure strategic technology adoption and ROI
- Present strategy insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with rigorous ROI tracking
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout disruptive startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in executive roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Certification in emerging tech strategy (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 50+ professionals
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech transformation initiatives
