Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AR/VR, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT-caliber research partners
- Architect ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D funding through stakeholder presentations
- Mentor a team of futurists and patent 3+ groundbreaking technologies annually
- Collaborate with governments on policy for emerging tech adoption
- Produce white papers cited at Davos and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures to $100M+ valuations
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Published author in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global partnerships
