Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) and assess strategic viability for market adoption by 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 5-year vision and 18-month execution plans
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and startups to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to anticipate shifts in competitive positioning
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Management; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Experience developing enterprise-level technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Certification in technology forecasting or strategic innovation management
- Demonstrated ability to secure multi-million dollar innovation budgets
