Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology adoption strategies aligned with market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web4.0)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech shifts
- Collaborate with R&D to translate breakthrough innovations into commercial solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies to market
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI analysis
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic planning preferred
