Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech to identify innovation opportunities
- Design scalable architecture for next-gen platforms integrating IoT, blockchain, and edge computing
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite stakeholders on emerging tech adoption and ROI projections
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product designers
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology startups and research institutions
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, tech scouting, and patent development programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech implementation
- Certified in TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture framework
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or similar industry publications
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets with measurable ROI outcomes
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
