You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technological possibilities into competitive advantages while ensuring ethical implementation and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to identify strategic opportunities through 2026 and beyond
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology innovation roadmap with 5-year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical capabilities with business objectives
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies for R&D investment and pilot programs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory developments affecting technology adoption
- Establish KPIs to measure technology strategy effectiveness and ROI
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and developing long-term roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and influencing strategic decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CTO Academy) preferred
