- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in trend forecasting tools
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Validated experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ professionals
