Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives for 2026+
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces) with strategic potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future product concepts
- Analyze competitive landscapes and emerging regulations to inform strategic pivots
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Manage innovation incubation initiatives with dedicated R&D resources
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives (3+ years out)
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or biotech
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive dashboards and scenario planning
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
- Strong background in ethical technology frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business required
