Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-forward technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead strategic partnerships with quantum computing, AI, and biotech research institutions
- Architect scalable digital infrastructure for emerging technologies including metaverse and neural interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Present technology strategies to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for future technology incubation projects
- Champion ethical AI development and sustainable technology practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI, blockchain, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching technology products with 7-figure+ revenue impact
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to visualize complex future scenarios
- Strong executive communication skills for presenting to C-suite and boards
