Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and develop strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement future-focused technology initiatives and digital transformation projects
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups, partnerships, and M&A opportunities in high-growth tech sectors
- Present strategic technology forecasts and recommendations to the board of directors and executive stakeholders
- Develop frameworks for ethical technology adoption and sustainable innovation practices
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of strategic technology investments on business growth
- Represent the company at global tech forums, conferences, and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with focus on innovation
- 12+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies including generative AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
- Experience managing multi-million dollar technology budgets and cross-functional teams
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and board members
