As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to translate market intelligence into actionable strategies. Your work will directly influence our product development cycle, investment priorities, and competitive positioning in rapidly evolving markets.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype future solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and manage external partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI of future-focused projects
- Author thought leadership content and represent the company at global tech forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on emerging tech trends
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, sustainable tech, neurotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation projects with measurable impact
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., SWOT, PESTLE, Porter's Five Forces)
