Responsibilities

- Architect strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for tech acceleration
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive adoption of ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and biotech implementations
- Mentor junior strategists while maintaining thought leadership through industry publications
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with research in emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE Spectrum)
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding or government grants
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
