Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications for 2026-2030
- Develop and maintain strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape assessments for emerging domains
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for experimental projects
- Partner with R&D teams to bridge theoretical concepts with practical applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing successful technology roadmaps for future horizons
- Expertise in emerging technologies with published research or patents
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CDTM)
