- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem with startups, academia, and industry partners
- Quantify ROI and risk metrics for emerging technology investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or venture capital
- Proven track record launching technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering/Computer Science preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (MIT Tech Review, IEEE Spectrum)
- Experience scaling teams from concept to commercialization
- Certification in technology foresight or scenario planning
