Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation KPIs and measure ROI of future technology initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Author thought leadership publications on technology forecasting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven experience developing long-term (5+ year) technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
