Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers and futurists
- Identify emerging tech trends and develop implementation frameworks
- Secure strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 R&D divisions
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and investor boards
- Manage innovation lab budgets and resource allocation
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen AI systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products/services
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., Nature, IEEE)
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets
- Strong network with global tech ecosystem stakeholders
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech initiatives
