Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology roadmap aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, biotech integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations and competitive threats
- Partner with product teams to translate technological capabilities into customer-centric solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or decentralized ecosystems
- Track record of scaling technologies from concept to commercial deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (e.g., lean startup)
