- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and measure ROI of technology investments

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and translating insights into business strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong project management experience with $10M+ technology initiatives
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar strategic planning certification preferred
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and futures forecasting tools
