- Lead R&D initiatives targeting $1B+ market opportunities
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to integrate emerging technologies
- Manage innovation pipeline with 20+ concurrent projects
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and investors
- Build and lead a team of 12+ technologists and futurists
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with Fortune 500 or scale-ups
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in AI/ML implementation at enterprise scale
- Experience with quantum computing or biotech integration
- Deep understanding of tech convergence trends post-2025
- Exceptional stakeholder management across global organizations
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
