- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation and identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots
- Manage a $2M innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation team of 5-8 specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (whitepapers/patents)
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $1M
