Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (2025-2030)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum computing applications
- Analyze AI ethics frameworks and implement responsible innovation practices
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with business goals
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for commercial viability
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through executive briefings and white papers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling innovative solutions to enterprise level
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategy
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI)
- Experience with sustainability tech frameworks (e.g., TCFD, SASB)
