Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive technologies
- Analyze emerging tech landscapes (AI, Web3, biotech) to identify competitive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation through partnerships with leading research institutions
- Manage technology incubation projects from concept to market launch
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting solutions
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Strong background in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
