- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps by analyzing emerging trends, patent landscapes, and market disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable energy solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives and investor expectations
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for quantum adoption and decentralized systems
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolios with KPIs focused on patent generation and market readiness
- Present strategic briefings to board members and venture capital partners
- Mentor a team of 15+ technologists and researchers in next-gen methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture innovation with Fortune 500/Unicorn experience
- Proven track record delivering 5+ year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech specialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with innovation focus
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or HBR (minimum 3 citations)
- Fluency in scenario planning tools and strategic foresight methodologies
- Experience scaling tech teams from prototype to global deployment
- Clearable US security clearance or equivalent background
