Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI architectures
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on emerging tech adoption patterns
- Certification in Future Technology Foresight (FTF) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Experience leading $10M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology programs
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
