Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global megatrends and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and business units
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and national research agencies
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to the C-suite
- Mentor emerging talent in our Future Technology Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of scaling technology innovations from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Executive-level experience with technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Security clearance eligibility for national technology initiatives
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for international collaboration
