Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-forward technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead implementation of AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing initiatives
- Drive sustainable tech adoption (carbon-neutral data centers, circular tech models)
- Architect immersive digital experiences using AR/VR and metaverse platforms
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and measure ROI on innovation investments
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging tech best practices
- Present strategic proposals to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, digital transformation, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in AI/ML, cloud-native architecture, and emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of scaling tech solutions for enterprise environments
- Certifications in AWS/GCP/Azure and emerging tech frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
- Experience with ESG tech reporting and sustainable tech implementation
- Strong data storytelling capabilities with visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
