Responsibilities
- Architect and implement long-term technology roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing next-gen AI and quantum computing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Secure and manage multi-million dollar innovation grants and partnerships
- Pioneer sustainable tech frameworks for carbon-negative computing
- Present breakthrough concepts to industry leaders and venture capitalists
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent startup founder experience)
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale startups
- Published research in Nature, Science, or top-tier AI/quantum conferences
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Proven track record of launching products with 7-figure ARR
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Global speaking engagements at TED, Web Summit, or similar venues
- Portfolio of patented technologies or open-source frameworks with 10k+ GitHub stars
