Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology strategy aligning with 2026 innovation targets
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, bio-convergence) for market integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen systems (6G, autonomous infrastructure)
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Establish partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and global research institutions
- Drive sustainable tech initiatives targeting carbon-negative operations by 2026
- Mentor technical talent through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years at Fortune 500 or unicorn scale
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MIT/Stanford preferred)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven track record of launching billion-dollar tech initiatives
- Expertise in ISO 21464 (Future Tech Governance Framework) compliance
- Security clearance for federal innovation projects (or ability to obtain)
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global collaboration
