Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence and biotech-digital integration
- Chair cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, ethics, and commercialization teams
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Establish KPIs for emerging tech adoption and ROI modeling
- Author thought leadership on technology ethics and sustainable innovation
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation portfolio with VC partners
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching at least two future-focused products
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on technology disruption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or equivalent
- Deep understanding of global tech policy frameworks
