- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Collaborate with R&D to validate quantum-resistant security protocols
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neural interfaces, or AI ethics
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Certification in Quantum Technology Architecture (QTA) preferred
- Experience with ISO 21448 (SOTIF) safety standards
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
