Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 5-year vision alignment
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields (quantum computing, neurotech, sustainable AI)
- Drive innovation partnerships with academic institutions and global tech leaders
- Analyze market trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in agile development and rapid prototyping
- Ensure ethical compliance and sustainability in all tech implementations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough products (VC-backed startups preferred)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or decentralized systems
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD strongly preferred
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certified in Agile/Scrum and technology roadmapping methodologies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
