- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Develop KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and market disruption
- Mentor R&D teams in future-proofing architectures and methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, product innovation, or venture capital
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains with proven track record
- Experience leading cross-continental teams and managing $10M+ innovation budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on tech strategy
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Wired)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and market dynamics
