Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and company growth
- Identify and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with high disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitor strategies to inform strategic decisions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Define KPIs for technology adoption and innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Executive presence with ability to articulate complex visions
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
