Responsibilities

- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to anticipate industry shifts and technological disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with leading research institutions, startups, and technology pioneers

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
