Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology) to inform 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop technology adoption frameworks for enterprise clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate technical feasibility of futuristic concepts
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting tech deployment timelines
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle analysis)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
