Responsibilities

- Analyze competitive landscapes and emerging technologies for strategic advantage
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage vendor partnerships and ecosystem collaborations for innovation acceleration
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting business strategy
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing 3-5 year tech roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., CFTe, Foresight Practitioner) preferred
- Experience with agile and lean innovation methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
