Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Architect and manage the company’s technology strategy for the year 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, Sustainable Tech) to identify viable integration points.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders to fuel innovation.
- Future Forecasting: Conduct deep-dive research on macro trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to inform long-term decision-making.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for executive leadership and board members.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee the incubation of new concepts and pilot programs to validate future business models.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, strategic planning, or consulting, with a proven track record of leading high-level initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to think critically about the future and translate abstract trends into concrete business strategies.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and upcoming technologies, including AI, Cloud Computing, and Cybersecurity.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships at the executive level.
