Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026+, aligning with business objectives and emerging market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and adopting breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for strategic initiatives
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of technological experimentation
- Present strategic roadmaps and impact assessments to stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech policies and ethical implications of emerging innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing R&D budgets >$50M
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
