- Establish KPIs for measuring technological innovation impact
- Manage $5M+ annual technology innovation budget
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record in scaling enterprise systems for future growth phases
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI governance, Web3
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA from Tier 1 institution
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (IEEE, Forbes, etc.)
- Experience leading teams of 50+ technical professionals
- Certification in Strategic Technology Planning preferred
