Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen products with agile methodologies
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify $100M+ market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and secure executive buy-in
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Proven track record launching products with >$100M ARR in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Executive presence with board-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
