- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives bridging academic research and commercial applications
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with leading tech incubators and research institutions
- Drive innovation governance frameworks ensuring ethical and sustainable tech deployment
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience scaling tech initiatives from concept to global implementation
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
