Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech integration)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on disruptive technologies and their industry implications
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to commercialization
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AGI development, neurotech, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market dataExecutive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
